Spring & Fall Property Cleanups in Norfolk, Elgin & Oxford Counties
Southwestern Ontario is hard on properties — a long leaf drop in the fall, a heavy freeze-thaw in early spring, and the storms in between. Our seasonal cleanup crews reset the whole lot in one visit so the property is ready for the season ahead.

Spring cleanup
In March and April we clear winter debris off lawns and beds, cut back last year's perennials, dethatch and rake where the turf needs it, edge every bed, and pull the winter's weeds before they seed. If you're planning a mulch refresh or a sod install for the season, a spring cleanup is where it starts.
Fall cleanup
In October and November we handle full leaf removal, cut back perennials, pull and dispose of annuals, clean out beds, blow out gutters where accessible, and haul the whole load away. For properties with a lot of tree canopy we usually do two passes — an early clear and a late-season finish — so nothing gets buried under snow.
One-time and storm cleanups
We also handle rough-to-ready one-time cleanups on overgrown lots, tenanted properties, rural acreage, and post-storm debris fields. Bring us the worst-looking lot on the street and we'll clear it, mow it, and set it up for something better.
