What a maintenance program looks like
Most of our residential clients are on either a weekly or bi-weekly rotation from spring through late fall. Every visit covers the lawn, edges the beds and hardscape, blows the walks and driveway clean, and includes a quick walkthrough note on anything that needs attention — a tree limb that came down, a bed that's due for mulch, a hose bib left on.
Seasonal transitions
The heaviest work is at the transitions — spring open-ups and fall closedowns. Those days are included in the program so nothing gets deferred: cut-backs, aeration where needed, mulch refresh, gutter clears, storage prep. You wake up the next morning and the property is ready for the next season.
